Multilang filtering doesn't work at course backup page: user creating the backup sees unfiltered text in the include all/none column

Description

When a user creates a course backup in Moodle 1.9.4+ he gets a list of what's going to be included in the course backup. The include all/none column doesn't go thru multilang filter so the user sees a long list of unfiltered text. The multilang filtering seems to be missing at least from the following items:

Glossaries
Resources
Lessons
Forums
Assignments
Quizzes

The same problem takes place in the "Backup details" page, too.

Thanks for reporting this issue.

We have detected that this issue has been inactive for over a year has been recorded as affecting versions that are no longer supported.

If you believe that this issue is still relevant to current versions (2.1 and beyond), please comment on the issue. Issues left inactive for a further month will be closed.
