Description

I have a patch but it touches the quickforms library itself (this should be probably filed as a bug upstream but I don't know how much they'll listen since they've deprecated quickforms already).

Penny, if you want this to go into core, you would need to include appropriate changes to lib/pear/README_MOODLE.txt in the patch.
