Description
When My Moodle is forced on for users (v1.9), an EDIT THIS PAGE button appears up in the top right corner, even for just Authenticated Users, and by default, an authenticated user is allowed to add blocks to the My moodle page.
Since this is the students 'My' page, is this a bug, or is it supposed to be there?
