Briefly, Currently We cannot determine direction and language of text by itself we guess text direction from user's current language settings from default profile language in addition to course forced language. Hence we have many formatting issues linked with this as for example :- 1) http://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-18781 where we donot know direction of original content. We need to embed direction and language in Typedin Text.
