as we are using Moodle over some month already and our teachers are using it more and more, we discovered a little issue with assignments. If it's allowed to re-upload a document the old one is deleted at the moment, isn't it? (overwrited)

That's bad and should be fixed as it 's sometimes nessesary to view an older versions of a file.
