Description

In 1.9 and earlier the trusttext flag was embedded in the text itself which was problematic both for developers and security.

Solution is to use separate db column.

There seems to be no upgrade code, so we are seeing #####TRUSTTEXT##### appearing in the output of the upgraded moodle.org

Everything should be working for a long time already, going to retest everything and close. No idea why it does not work for you.
