Nwiki blocks wiki-ranking and wiki_synonymous cause upgrade to hang with latest CVS code

Description

The modules and plugins screen stops at the header and doesn't display the table with all the mods and blocks in it. Latest nWiki code (2009012201).

Whoops - I just realised that I had deleted mod/wiki to make the upgrade smoother and hadn't added the new one. When I add nwiki mod/wiki folder, all is OK, so the problem is that the blocks hang the process if that code is missing.
