Description

I know I grumbled about the upgrade to YUI 2.6.0 (it broke my block), but the 2.7.0 release fixes some bugs I'm running into with treeview and adds a whole load of other features, which would be great to have, especially IE8 support and enhancements to charts, which I'm hoping to experiment with over the summer.

committed into HEAD, to be backported into MOODLE_19_STABLE a bit later after the 1.9.5 release, we do not want regressions right before the release like the last time

Hi Petr,

Is there a 1.9.7 version with yui 2.7.0 . I too am having problems with the treeview. I cannot call node.focus without getting the getEl() error.

Apparently you cannot call this safely in 2.6.0

I am afraid upgrade to 2.7.0 in 1.9.x branch is not planned anytime soon because all core developers are concentrating on 2.0beta, I am sorry.

No more YUI fixes are planned for 1.9.x unless it is a security issue affecting Moodle, sorry.
