Description
Users with the role of student are unable to view their individual user grade report within a course when the course total average is hidden. The report is empty with only the column headings visible and no categories showing. When the course averages are set to visible the problem goes away.

I'm seeing this too.
Temporary work around:
Select 'simple weighted mean' for course aggregation...
Select 'grade type' of 'none'
Unhide course total.
Hopefully we don't have many instructors with this issue
