[#MDL-19227] stray 'break' halts all outcomes import - Moodle Tracker

In '1.9.5 (Build: 20090515)', line 206 of grade/edit/outcome/import.php has a stray 'break;' that halts all import processing.

I'm attaching a patch even though it's just one line. shrug
