Description

This issue catches all work about the Community hub project.

The goals of the Community hub project are:

1. to allow educators to find and join communities of practice around the world. Such communities (or "hubs") could be subject or region-oriented, allowing teachers to easily associate with their peers on a long-term basis. (this same function should also allow student to find and join courses around the world)

2. to make it easy for educators to find and download course templates from other people. This will help educators share and identify examples of best practice in online pedagogy and hopefully improve the average quality of online courses.

You can have a look at the functional specification: http://docs.moodle.org/en/Community_hub

Jerome,

This feature is going to be available for using it internally?
So if I want to have my own hub for the courses available in the company, will I be able to install a hub and use it?
Thanks.
Pablo
