Description

This patch adds a little bit of javascript so that the main gradebook div can be dragged from side to side by clicking and dragging.

Improved version so that it degrades gracelfully if the scrollable div setting has not been activated.

The new patch attached to this discussion speeds up the drag by 3x, making it a lot smoother and more useful.
