First thing we need to think about what do we want in the RSS.
My ideas is that there are several kinds of RSS you migth want to look at. The old Nwiki blocks define the list of possible RSS feeds:

last contributions (last wiki modifications)
contributions by user
suscribe to page
wiki ratings
etc
