Multimedia filter won't play FLV files fullscreen

Description

Essentially the same issue as MDL-17934 in the multimedia filter. When pressing the fullscreen button, videos are not displayed fullscreen.

I have fixed this issue in CVS.

I have also created MDL-19505 to standardise the filter calling code since we shouldn't have silly duplicates like this..
