Description
*Tried to add some content to a new course. I can not create a new question or branch page in new lesson
Coding error detected, it must be fixed by a programmer: Cannot call moodle_page::set_course after output has been started.
*Can import GIFT questions and create pages that way. Did not try importPPT 
*Created a quiz with 1 question. Created a webpage resource.

Reassigning this to moodle.com for the time being, since Mark Nielsen is not maintaining Lesson any more. Please comment/vote/patch any crucial bugs that affect you for 2.0 to help us prioritise fixes for the upcoming release.
