Assign Roles is missing from the icons that show on the course categories page when editing is on

Description

Going to www.mymoodle.com/course/index.php?categoryedit=on shows all of the categories and icons to move, edit, etc, but not assign roles. This option shows for courses within a category, so it's an inconsistancy and very frustrating if you need to change the roles for many categories

The "after" shot with the assign roles column added in. This is with our own theme, so the icons are a bit different

Take two! The "after" shot again. Guess this app didn't like pasting a png. Admins, the other image can be deleted for clarity
