I had improved Global search which can deal with a attachment file of forum post as index of global search like as blog with attachment file.
This patch contains of these modifications:

// (Shirai152): dealing with a attachment file of forum post (2009/06/26)
// (Shirai149): dealing with a filename of resource as search keyword and also displaying it (2009/06/10)
// (Shirai153): adding 'file:' to the head of title when the result of search is a file (2009/06/27)
// (Debug008): miss order of arguments (2009/06/04)
// (Shirai154): set link to go back towards the course (2009/06/27)
// (Shirai155): using courseid (2009/06/27)

I had used $addtional_keysets in this patch for treating the 'filename' as keyword type field.
