Description
It would be nice if the "Manual message read marking" setting, currently a site-wide setting, were configurable at the user level so that individuals can decide how they want it to work.
I have a few users who would like to be able to mark messages read/unread manually, but at present the only way I can enable that is to turn it on site-wide, which isn't fair on the rest of the users.
