Description
Set the Feedback settings to enable email notifications
Add several instructors who are supposed to receive those notifications (we had 5)
Login as a student, take a feedback and click Submit.
You will notice that it will take rather long time for the page to reload/update and show the next confirmation page.
So, once email notifications are enabled, feedback tries to send them to 5 teachers and each time taking about five seconds, which slows down confirmation screen a lot.
