Description
On the Outcomes Report in the gradebook there is a column for the Activity Name. This links to the activity that this outcome is being used in. Currently the Activity Name is showing the outcome name instead of the actual activity name. It is obviously redundant to have the outcome repeatedly listed as opposed to the activity names.
This should be a minor issue to incorporate the activity name instead.
