Environment: Debian server, php5, mysql 5 (meets all minimum on each cvs update). Current client ubuntu 9.10 (test), firefox 3.01. Also checked same bug on os/x safari, and windows all versions IE.

The gradebook does not display properly. Splits names and grades on different section of screen. Has been happening for about 3 weeks. Screen capture is attached.
