I noticed Invalid get_string() identifier: 'serverurl' or component 'resource' when updating/adding URL resource.

Could you take a look the issue?

I fixed the missing string.

Someone has reported that URL resources are not being upgraded ... is this true?

Aparup, can you please:

1. Add a bunch of "URL" resources to a 1.9 course, try to make a selection of different URLs.
2. Upgrade the site to latest HEAD.
3. Check that all the URLs still work?

tested but didn't see anything out of the ordinary.. tested with urls to sites out there and with some long stringy google search urls.
(did notice the new colour thingys weren't loading up in the upgrade-settings page tho..)

tested with urls looping back to web page resources created too.. nothing..
(ps:colour thingys loaded this time after awhile.)
