Description

The Moodle core supports subplugins more and more. If they are proper subplugins, the allocation and grading methods can define their own DB tables, strings and capabilities.

Fixed. Minor bug/typos expected. I am not usre how capabilities defined by subplugins should look like - can be reviewed later.
