Description

Lesson with settings "Practice lesson"=>Yes, "Maximum grade"=>100 appears in gradebook.

Practice Lessons do appear in the gradebook even though their help file says "A practice lesson will not show up in the Gradebook."

Furthermore, if a Practice Lesson has a Maximum Grade set and the Gradebook isn't set to aggregate only non-empties the Practice Lesson will count against a student's final grade.

Reassigning this to moodle.com for the time being, since Mark Nielsen is not maintaining Lesson any more. Please comment/vote/patch any crucial bugs that affect you for 2.0 to help us prioritise fixes for the upcoming release.

I just tested this and is actually looks like this bug is still present in the most recent version (2.2)
