Description

Some tables (e.g., "List of categories," discussed elsewhere) have content rows but no headings.

Why it matters

Headings make interpreting a table easier for everyone, particularly screen reader users.

Every table should have headings.

Categories should not be tables anyway. (Definitely should always have table headings on tables, though)
