Description

A sighted user can scan this form control once and then ignore it, since its content and placement are similar on every page. Blind users have to go out of their way to ignore it every time they read past it. This is especially frustrating if the control is not useful.

Possible solution

Do not show the language control if only one language is available.

The language menu on the home page can be removed by unchecking the langmenu check-box in Site Administration > Language > Language settings.
