Description
Accessibility options are very difficult to find and to enable.
Why it matters
Accessibility options are unique in that they target a particular group of people, unlike other profile options which are either universally applicable, or useful based on interest or context.
Possible solution
In user profile, accessibility options should be grouped at top in their own section.

Thanks Randall, a very useful report.
First, I've attached a screen shot of the part of the "Edit Profile" form in question. I deduce that the relevant options are these 3:
-When editing text: Use HTML editor/ Use standard web forms.
-AJAX and Javascript: Yes use advanced features/ No...
-Screen reader: No/ Yes
Please, can there be a wider discussion of whether these options are useful at all - particularly the last. If they are, then certainly they should be separated out.
And, if they are there needs to be some online help and developer documents explaining what they do, and where they are used - that is, which modules etc.
