Multilang filter is not applied to role names in role renaming

Description

The multilang filter is not applied to the role names in the "Role renaming" section on the "Edit course settings" page.
The individual translations appear all at once.
This can be easily fixed like in MDL-9197 by adding a call to format_string() to course/edit_form.php.
Patch is attached.

This issue still exists as of 2.3 dev. The fix seems quite easy.
