Description
I'd love to be able to search by question title or content throughout a Question Bank. If I use consistent nomenclature for similar question types strewn between multiple categories, and I want to make a change to all of them, it would save a lot of time to search by "Question Title", and then have a list of all of those similarly named questions which I can then open and edit, rather than editing one question, having to change categories to find the next, etc...
Think of the search in Windows Vista or 7 when you're in explorer. It wouldn't expect it to be "instant" though.

You are not the first person to want this.
Please search for existing issues before creating a new one, although I admit that the summary of MDL-17876 is rather developer-y.
