i have set one of the users to be an admin (role) in a category and it does not get the expected capabilities (move,update,backup,create category...) in that category. if i give the same user the admin role on a site level it works fine. even giving the user an editingteacher on the category level does not let her enter courses in that category unless she is assigned an editingteacher role in those courses. it seems, that category level roles does not apply ???
