Description
Create a custom user profile field, with a list of menu options 5-10 of them
New User registers and selects a value from the list but not the first value in list
Save it.
Go into the same users profile as admin or someone able to modify user's profile
View the users profile, the custom user profile field is displayed correctly
Select Edit profile.
Scroll down and notice that the custom user profile does not contain the correct value, it is showing the first value on the menu option list for that field.
It should display the current value in edit as it did in view

Continue to edit the same custom profile field and select the correct value, save it.
From that point forward the correct value will always be shown in view and edit user profile ?
Investigating this issue for OU Moodle Monday.
