This information should also be added to the help file for statistics report.

Actually an information in http://docs.moodle.org/en/mod/quiz/report is a bit techincal, especially on standart deviation (and less important Facility Index, which is easier to understand by itself). It isn't telling an average non-math teacher anything about how he should interpret this column (while info on Discrimination Index and Discrimination Coefficient has a good paragraphs about interpreting).
