Description
in 1.9.6 if you go to Site Administration->Grades->Letters the page (grade/edit/letter/edit.php) contains two help links. Neither works. Clicking on them displays the following.
Help file "gradeletter.html" could not be found!
Help file "gradeboundary.html" could not be found!
Both of these work in 2.0
