Description

As suggested by Jeffrey on MDL-18807 it may be a good idea to convert $CFG->passwordsaltalt1~20 to an array to make life a little easier and more logical.
It would be easy to implement however we would not be able to forget about $CFG->passwordsaltalt1~20 or we'd undoubtedly lock people out of their sites.
