Description
If the setting "Force everyone to be subscribed" is changed during a course forum subscriptions are confusing and students don't get mails.
If a forum was set to all students can choose subscriptions first and the settings are changed to 'Yes, initially" or "Yes forever" not all students get mails from the forum. Specially new students in the course didn't get mails.
