Description
Something seems to be incorrectly detecting "emptiness" of the tinymce area.
I try to submit something, type stuff in and go to press submit, but I get the red "required field" warning and can't submit.

Based on Tomasz report (thanks!)... closing as cannot reproduce. Feel free to reopen if necessary confirming version used and any other interesting detail.

I was (kind of) able to reproduce it with an old version of Moodle 2: checkout 7e0b616a4a182e8829e41c6904095f6762e57516, 2.0 dev (Build: 20091030).
However, with the current version it works OK - we should close that issue.
