Description

The new $OUTPUT is forcing us to write tons of repeated lines to get what was possible with only one line before, we need to get some compromise here...

at the same time we should remove the "moodle_" prefix from places where it is not really needed such as "moodle_url" class

Thanks for the offer and sorry for not reacting earlier.
No more API changes are planned in 2.0, I suppose we will continue with cleanup in 2.1.
