Description
I would like the chat room to be visible at all times, i.e. students can see when a future chat is scheduled, can access the archives of past chats, BUT the ability to enter the chat be restricted to certain teacher-specified times. This would allow the teacher to moderate chats or to use chats for specific purposes like question and answer sessions with guest speakers.

I just wanted to revive this request. I'm afraid that the very nice Humboldt block for restricting access to activities might be implemented at some point in the future and I just wanted to reiterate the need to partially restrict this module rather than restrict it entirely.
