course menu block does not display content

Description

A course was backuped and then restored,when restored it does not show the course menu content, titles of topics.
The course menu does not diplay the content of the course and does not allow edit any configuritation.This happens with some courses not all of them.

I work with Paola. We found that somehow a record in the database was corrupted. The record was a default record that was used to create new course menu. Whenever we added a course menu, this record caused problems. We removed the record from the database to correct the problem.
