Description
- add a hub_directory_courses table (exactly the same as the hub server course table + hubs fields)
- searchable list of course on the Hub directory
- add the option enable/disable to the hub registration form
- add a ws function get_courses()
- check the the hub directory cron script retrieve the courses information
