Some notes about the links decoder:

• Must be supported at:
  • course level: to decode course links (see MDL-22176).
  • activities
  • blocks
  • course formats (if finally implemented the corresponding encoders on backup).
  • locals (if finally implemented the corresponding encoders on backup).
• Would be great if it only process information really needed to be processed (current impl. processes all the course contents, really un-optimal). So, surely, we'll end annotating all the records and fields to be decoded.
