did you verify that all ajax course edit bugs are fixed? that was the reason why it was disabled by default

I have linked a few ajax related problems, the biggest seems to be the incorrect searching for ul tags - this breaks badly if label or section contains ul element.

My -1 for "enabled by default" because it is still buggy.

We decided to add a theme setting to enable/disable course ajax as well.
