It should stay at Choose. And 0 rates aren't processed !

Done I've changed the value of the choose option to -999. Then, in rate.php:

  • If the rate is -999, delete the rate.
  • If the rate is >= 0, insert or update as usual.

Done in 1.5 and 1.4
