Description
The longtimenosee setting is currently a site-wide setting. It would be more useful if it were made a course-level setting.
For example, in the moodle.org site, the main Using Moodle course needs a short setting (30 days) while Moodle for Language Teaching has more infrequent traffic. We have a monthly news go out and don't want to keep losing our subscribers. So we hope to set the longtimenosee to a longer period--say 90 or 120 days.

Actually, even more useful would be to keep it as a site-wide setting but allow individual course setting to overwrite it if needed. I have also a situation that a few courses should have a different longtimenosee value than the bulk.
