Description
The attached file contains some HTML source that have some line breaks between text that should not affect rendering (white space). If you paste this source to HTML Editor (in source mode), go to visual mode and back to source mode, the whitespace is removed, including the space between words, that become glued together.

I believe the "words become glued together" bug has been fixed sinced 1.6. If not, please send a file that I can test with.
The issue with the source being reformatted is still present, and unfortunately, it's also there in TinyMCE (which has been integrated in 2.0).
