Resouce - Link to Local File seems broken

Description

The following path seems to resolve to different paths depending on the user, for admin the LOCALPATH is substituted by a IP address that I seem to have entered via the Choose Local Path button, although how or how you change it is very unclear. But for a normal user the LOCALPATH becomes D: and there is no option to choose a Localpath, just get Page Not Found

When I attempt to link to a local file on the CD, it seems to take me to Physical Review D. Doesn't matter which account I'm using.

Did you set your local cd drive using link "Help displaying local files" (top right)?

I did use the link in the help displaying local files pop-up. I used it both before and after adding the resource.
