[#MDL-4002] Enlarged window not focused on in Mozilla & Firefox - Moodle Tracker

Description

When I click the Enlarge Editor button in Mozilla (1.7.11) or Firefox (1.0.6), the full-screen editor window opens but it sits in the background, it does not become automatically active. In IE, the new window gets the focus and becomes active automatically. (Tested in my vanilla installation of Moodle 1.5.2+ and at moodle.org today.)

The same is happening on 1.7, with firefox 2.0 and IE 7.0

I confirm that it's not happening anymore in 1.8 and 1.9.
