Just noticed this recently in current 1.5.2+:



  Restoring quiz without user attempts. Restoring of user attempts will be implemented in Moodle 1.5.1



!???



Is anyone working on this? This is very serious as it means people who were relying on 1.4 functionality to move courses around are losing data!

Yes, this is serious. People are not actually loosing data, but they can't yet restore the data. I'll liase with Julian and Eloy about this.
