Currently have 196 questions in a quiz. I display two questions per page which generates a Page Navigation bar across the top and bottom of the page showing 98 pages, which takes it, horizontally, off the screen.
Need to be able to have a Page Navigation bar that shows a series of page numbers relative to current page number and with the first and last page shown as well as previous and next options available. Horizontally, this should fit within the field of view or on the screen. Many pages in the forums within moodle.org website have a Page Navigation bar that accomplishes this. I cannot find the switch or setting within the moodle quiz module that sets this up.

Instead of the ..., it uses two buttons and a drop-down list. There's room for improvement, but it is a start.
