Description

If I'm not mistaken, there are two files missing in the SCORM/AICC help folder: maxattempt.html and whatgrade.html.

I wasn't able to find them neither in the 1.6 latest release, neither in the CVS.

I fixed it for release from 1.7 to HEAD.

I could fix it also for 1.6
